About Catalyst
Catalyst Housing provides more than 14,000 affordable homes in London and the South East. Catalyst Housing employs more than 400 staff, and we work with local authorities, our residents, and our local communities.
Our organisational structure enables the company to retain its local identity and provide local services, while benefiting from economies of scale and central support. We work with communities to provide a comprehensive range of services, including general needs housing, large scale regeneration schemes, sheltered and special needs housing, residential care homes, low cost home ownership, and key worker accommodation.
Catalyst Housing operates in an area of considerable housing demand, from central London along the Thames valley to Oxford and Reading. We play an important role in providing affordable accommodation for those who would otherwise be excluded from the housing market, while our homes for key workers assist those providing essential public services to live close to their place of work.
Catalyst Housing is governed by a voluntary Board of Management that works alongside a team of dedicated and highly skilled staff, led by the a company Management Team.
Catalyst Housing is committed to the highest standards of governance, accountability and probity.
