If you have a South Oxfordshire "Live or Work" connection you could be eligible to access up to a £50,000 'low-interest-only' loan to boost your affordability and buy a home of your choice on the Open Market.
The scheme has been developed by South Oxfordshire District Council and Catalyst Housing to help eligible first time buyers and others on to the property ladder.
As this is not a HomeBuy Scheme you are required to register seperately.
