This section offers housing associations access to a personalised account area which allows partners to upload property details for the searchable customer database and also obtain referral lists for specific properties.

Registration Requirements

To work with Catalyst Housing as the appointed Help to Buy Agent for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey you are required to complete and submit a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) to Catalyst Housing.

SLA – Why is one required?

All Help to Buy Agents are required to attain a signed SLA from each housing partner who wishes to promote their opportunities within the appointed Help to Buy Agents zone areas. New agreements are issued by the Agent at the start of each Help to Buy Agency period.
