Catalyst working in partnership with St George to launch MyChoice HomeBuy at two brand new developments in North and West London

Catalyst Housing Group is working in partnership with the award winning developer, St George to make more affordable homes available to Londoners with the help of MyChoice HomeBuy. MyChoice HomeBuy enables aspiring first-time buyers and key workers, who cannot otherwise afford to buy a home outright, to purchase a new home with the assistance of a low-interest, government-funded equity loan with the remainder of the purchase price funded through a conventional mortgage.
The St George properties are available at two of London's finest new destinations, Beaufort Park in NW9, and Parkwest in London’s Heathrow Quarter, for which purchasers only have to raise as little as £87,475 towards their mortgage and deposit.
