Key Worker Employers and the HomeBuy initiative
As the appointed HomeBuy Agent for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey, Catalyst Housing Group work closely with key worker / public sector employers to ensure that as many of their employees as possible are aware of the HomeBuy service and available affordable homeownership products. We are always seeking to develop existing channels of communication and also identify new methods of communication wherever possible.
Key Worker Employer Activities
Catalyst Housing Group is extremely proactive with regards to key worker employers and annually targets to have at least 25 percent of all HomeBuy registrants from this sector.
We work with each organisation on an individual basis and implement bespoke activities to ensure that the maximum number of employees are assisted into homeownership. Including:
- Attendance at recruitment and staff induction days
- Pre-arranged home ownership drop-in sessions in the workplace
- HomeBuy attendance at staff incentive/benefit days
- Presentations at management/ team meetings
- Pay Slip Campaigns and direct mailing to staff members
Need some literature or promotional material?
We are able to offer a variety of HomeBuy informational leaflets and posters to lkey worker employers for distribution. Electronic PDF versions of these are placed on this website for download and may be used as required.
We are also happy to provide large format posters or display stands e.g. for reception areas if these items are likely to be used on a medium to long term basis.
Advertising, PR and Sponsorship
We are continually seeking to increase awareness and appreciate additional opportunities for advertising, public relations coverage and sponsorship. We encourage key worker employers to advise and recommend on these areas if they aware of a channel that could add value to the Homebuy effort.
